I have a Masters of Science Degree from the University of North Texas in Instructional Design/Education Technology, earned in August of 1988. I am currently employed as the Technology Services Coordinator for Arlington Classics Academy.
For the past thirty years, I have worked in educational administration, teaching, educational technology, networks, and computer applications. The main objective in my life is to work as a member of team to increase resources for students, teachers, and create new instructional learning models to better instruction and increase student involvement in their learning experience.
The best model for instructional design and filling the holes in student learning is based on the ability to collect data and use critical needs analysis to evaluate and guide every student to improve their learning and change their behavior. I believe we must always focus on great student communications and use innovation to maximize the return on investment for staff, teachers, students, and parents. This will provide everyone the ability to implement and plan changes to fit the needs of any learning situations quickly.
